How the day works.

We're not fans of spending a day trapped in dark rooms watching slide decks. This gathering is designed for participation, not spectatorship. The value comes from the people in the room and the conversations we create together.

Facilitated discussions focused on the operational, commercial, and sustainability challenges participants are actively working through. Bring questions, roadblocks, and decisions that need solving.

Every attendee is selected to create a room of people who can contribute meaningful perspectives. The goal is not diversity of titles. It’s diversity of experience and insight.

Before the event, participants share the topics and challenges they are most interested in discussing. This helps shape more relevant conversations from the start.

There is no predetermined agenda. The most valuable discussions will emerge from the issues participants are navigating right now.
